Manali Leh Manali Bike Trip
The trip will be led by a highly experienced and qualified Road Captain from whom you can learn a few tricks and techniques to make your ride more comfortable and easy in the technical section. He will also be helping you to cross difficult sections like water and slush crossing which is very common in this high altitude ride. The road captain and the hospitality manager travelling in the backup vehicle will be Wilderness First Aid qualified and trained to handle all kinds of medical emergencies. An exhaustive first aid kit along with the foldable stretcher will be available in the backup with easy access. The back up vehicle will be always travelling behind the group sweeping all the riders and ensuring even the slowest rider is safe and with the group. The experienced mechanic who is trained to do quick fixes and repairs to motorbikes will be in the backup carrying all the necessary basic spare parts of the motorbikes.

Inclusion
Section 01: Package without Motorcycle
- Accommodation in Hotels / Camps / Guest Houses on triple sharing from Day 01 to Day 09 (Double sharing for couples)
- Meals - Breakfast and Dinner - From Dinner on Day 01 to Breakfast on Day 10
- Services of the experienced trip leader and motorbike Mechanic
- Back up the vehicle for a group of more than 10 motorbikes
- First Aid kit and Oxygen cylinder at dispersal with the trip leader
- Inner Line permits
- Facility to carry luggage in a vehicle restricted to 1 Rucksack / Duffle bag of 60 Litres per motorbike
Section 02: Package with Motorbike
- Everything that is included in section 01
- Royal Enfield Himalayan motorbike
- The Bikes will be provided from Day 2 in the morning till Day 10 in the evening.
- Helmet for both rider and pillion
- Elbow and Knee Guards
- Motorbike Fuel for the complete trip as per the itinerary
- Extra fuel for back up
Section 03: Package with MUV
- Everything that is included in Section 01
- Transport in a MUV like Tempo Traveller / Toyota Innova / Mahindra Xylo / Mahindra Scorpio from Day 02 to Day 10 as per the group size
Exclusion
1. Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips, Table Drinks, etc.
2. Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions”
3. The cost of any spare part will be used due to the accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in the rider’s possession.
4. The cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike in case it is dropped on the way.
5. Vehicle servicing or maintenance cost
6. Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions
7. Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 10,000/-. As per the deposit policy (This is refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts used.)
8. Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.

46 Days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.
31 - 45 Days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.
30 days before date of departure: 100% of total cost.
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 30 days before date of departure.

29 - 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
Less than 20 days before departure: 100% of total cost
IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ADVENTURE HOLIDAY
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes due to Force Majeure Events and we reserve the right to do so at any time before or during the trip.
If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date before or during the trip based on the Force Majeure Events.
We also reserve the right under Force Majeure Events to cancel your travel arrangements / offer alternative dates / revise the itinerary before or during the trip. Any additional cost incurred due to the above-mentioned reasons will have to be borne by the traveller himself. There shall be no refund to the traveller under Force Majeure Events.
Force Majeure Event shall mean and include any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Adventure Nation, including without limitation, any act of nature or the public enemy, accident, explosion, fire, storm, earthquake, flood, drought, perils of the sea, casualty, strikes, lock-outs, labour troubles, riots, sabotage, terrorists acts, embargo, war (whether or not declared), governmental actions, delay in issuance or processing of Visa/permit, change of laws and regulations, orders, or decrees, or other causes of like or different character beyond the control of Adventure Nation.
IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR ADVENTURE HOLIDAY PLAN
After you make full or partial payment, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by the traveller himself.
