Visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, and Stok Palace. Afternoon: Head to Leh Palace and Hall of Fame Museum. Evening: Explore Leh Main Bazaar for souvenirs and local cuisine. Overnight Stay in Leh.

Drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (world's highest motorable road, 5359m). Arrive in Nubra; visit Diskit Monastery and the iconic Maitreya Buddha statue. Enjoy the sand dunes at Hunder and a double-humped Bactrian camel safari. Stay: Overnight in Nubra Valley.

Depart early, driving via Shyok or Wari La Pass. Arrive at Pangong Lake (4250m). Marvel at its changing colors and serene beauty. Relax by the lake and enjoy stargazing at night. Stay: Overnight at Pangong Lake

Inclusion

  1. Royal Enfield Himalayan with helmets for rider and pillion.
  2. Accommodation in Hotels/Camps/Guest Houses on triple sharing from Day 01 to Day 6.
  3. Complimentary twin sharing for Couples.
  4. Meals - Breakfast and Dinner.
  5. Dinner on Day 01 to Day 06; Breakfast on Day 02 to Day 07.
  6. Services of experienced trip leader and motorbike mechanic.
  7. First Aid kit and Oxygen cylinder.
  8. Inner Line permit.
  9. Wildlife Fee and Environmental Fee.
  10. Motorbike fuel for the complete trip as per the itinerary & package.
  11. Transport in an MUV like Tempo Traveller / Innova / Xylo / Scorpio / Backup Van from Day 02 to Day 05 as per group size.
  12. Backup Vehicle/luggage van for 01 rucksack bag per person (trolley-bags not allowed).
  13. 1 Bonfire.
  14. Riding gear for rider (knee pads and elbow guards).

Exclusion

  1. Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips, and Table Drinks, etc.
  2. Any type of insurance: Medical, Accidental, theft.
  3. Any Airfare/Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions”.
  4. Airport, Railway station, or Bus stop pick up or drop.
  5. Cost of any spare part which will be used due to accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
  6. Cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike in case it is dropped on the way.
  7. Vehicle servicing or maintenance cost (if own bike).
  8. Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in package inclusions.
  9. Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 5,000/- as per the deposit policy (refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts used).
  10. Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
  11. Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control.
  12. Anything that is not mentioned in the Inclusion sections.
  13. 5% GST.

Payment Policy

• 46 Days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.

• 31 - 45 Days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.

• 30 days before the date of departure: 100% of total cost.

Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 30 days before date of departure

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges per person

• 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

• 29 - 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

• Less than 20 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ADVENTURE HOLIDAY

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes due to Force Majeure Events and we reserve the right to do so at any time before or during the trip.

If there are any changes, we will advise you of them soon before or during the trip based on the Force Majeure Events. We also reserve the right under Force Majeure Events to cancel your travel arrangements / offer alternative dates / revise the itinerary before or during the trip. Any additional cost incurred due to the above-mentioned reasons will have to be borne by the traveller himself. There shall be no refund to the traveller under Force Majeure Events.

Force Majeure Event shall mean and include any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Adventure Nation, including without limitation, any act of nature or the public enemy, accident, explosion, fire, storm, earthquake, flood, drought, perils of the sea, casualty, strikes, lock-outs, labour troubles, riots, sabotage, terrorists acts, embargo, war (whether or not declared), governmental actions, delay in issuance or processing of Visa/permit, change of laws and regulations, orders, or decrees, or other causes of like or different character beyond the control of Adventure Nation.
