Inclusion
- For Solo: Royal Enfield 350cc with helmets for rider.
- For Dual: Royal Enfield 500cc with helmets for rider and pillion.
- Accommodation in Hotels/Camps/Guest Houses on triple sharing from Day 01 to Day 12.
- Complimentary twin sharing for Couples.
- Daily Breakfast (From Day 2 to Day 12), Daily Dinner (From Day 1 to Day 12).
- Services of experienced trip leader and motorbike mechanic.
- First Aid kit and Oxygen cylinder available for disposal with the trip leader.
- Half day sightseeing in Leh on Day 6.
- Inner Line permit/Green Tribunal Permit.
- Wildlife Fee and Environmental Fee.
- Motorbike fuel for the complete trip as per the itinerary with rented bike.
- Transport in an MUV like Tempo Traveller/ Innova/Xylo/Scorpio/Backup Van / Similar from Day 01 to Day 13 as per the group size.
- Back-up Vehicle/luggage van for 01 rucksack bag per person (Trolley not allowed).
- 1 Bonfire.
- Riding gears for rider (knee pads and elbow guards).
Exclusion
- Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips and Table Drinks etc.
- Any type of insurance: Medical, Accidental, theft.
- Any Airfare/Rail fare other than what is mentioned in "Inclusions". Airport, Railway station or Bus stop pick up or drop.
- Cost of any spare part which will be used due to accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
- Constructed transfer to or from the motorbike in case it is dropped on the way.
- Vehicle servicing or maintenance cost (if any).
- Any lunch and other items not mentioned in package inclusions.
- Security deposit for motorbike of Rs. 5,000/- as per the deposit policy (This is refundable).
- Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
- Any other expenses incurred due to natural calamities, roadblocks, vehicle breakdown and issues and factors beyond our control.
- 5% GST.
Payment Policy
• 46 Days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost.
• 31 - 45 Days before date of departure: 50% of total cost.
• 30 days before the date of departure: 100% of total cost.
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 30 days before date of departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges per person
• 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
• 29 - 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
• Less than 20 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ADVENTURE HOLIDAY
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes due to Force Majeure Events and we reserve the right to do so at any time before or during the trip.
If there are any changes, we will advise you of them soon before or during the trip based on the Force Majeure Events. We also reserve the right under Force Majeure Events to cancel your travel arrangements / offer alternative dates / revise the itinerary before or during the trip. Any additional cost incurred due to the above-mentioned reasons will have to be borne by the traveller himself. There shall be no refund to the traveller under Force Majeure Events.
Force Majeure Event shall mean and include any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Adventure Nation, including without limitation, any act of nature or the public enemy, accident, explosion, fire, storm, earthquake, flood, drought, perils of the sea, casualty, strikes, lock-outs, labour troubles, riots, sabotage, terrorists acts, embargo, war (whether or not declared), governmental actions, delay in issuance or processing of Visa/permit, change of laws and regulations, orders, or decrees, or other causes of like or different character beyond the control of Adventure Nation.
